In November and December, guests are invited to celebrate the season at the MacRostie Estate House with the debut of MacRostie’s Elevated Sparkling Food & Wine Experience. Only available during the holidays, this special reservation-only experience showcases MacRostie’s acclaimed sparkling wine program in a tasting that features the highly anticipated 2022 MacRostie Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, and Brut Rosé, alongside Single Clone Pinot Noir and Chardonnay selections.
Crafted in the traditional Méthode Champenoise and aged for 30 months en tirage, MacRostie’s sparkling wines embody the finesse and artistry that have made the winery a Sonoma County benchmark. Perfect for foodies and sparkling wine enthusiasts, the food pairings in the Sparkling Food & Wine Experience were selected by Winemaker Heidi Bridenhagen, with each chosen to highlight how texture, acidity, and flavor evolve in harmony between wine and food. Timed to coincide with MacRostie’s Sparkling Wine allocation offering, the experience also provides members an opportunity to experience the new vintage of sparkling wines before they buy.
