Begin a Saturday morning in Sonoma with a guided breathwork and sound experience set on the Vineyard Lawn at Montage Healdsburg, in the midst of the estate vineyard. The session opens with a series of energizing and grounding breath exercises that settle the mind and release tension held in the body. From there it softens into a sound bath, where resonant tones move across the lawn and the vines stretch out in every direction. It is a quiet reset shaped by the rhythm of Wine Country.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Pricing is $30 per Guest for resort guests and $40 per Guest for non-resort guests, exclusive of tax, reservations are required.
