Guarantee Policy: A refundable deposit equal to the full amount of one night’s stay is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your Credit Card.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be confirmed by our staff in a cancellation email by 12:00 AM local hotel time at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night(s) room and tax cancel penalty charge. Reservations made through a third party must be cancelled through that entity for valid cancellation. Additional charges may be enforced by the third party.
General Policy: Guests of The Ruse are required to present valid identification and a credit card upon check-in. Guests agree to the cancellation policy and to be responsible for all charges associated with their confirmed reservation, including incidentals and any property damages incurred.
Pet Policy: We love pets, however, they are not welcome at The Ruse. A $250 charge will be applied to any reservation in violation of this policy. Certified service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and FEHA are allowed for additional fees.
