THE SPACE
As community members and residents of Healdsburg we believe it is important that we are investing in our community and promoting responsible tourism. Therefore, The Roost is a licensed guest room (B&B) and we pay 16% bed tax directly to the City of Healdsburg. This tax is included in the nightly room price.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the room itself and the private porch overlooking the garden and North Street. There is also a private health club nearby that guests can access for a daily fee.

Healdsburg is in the heart of California wine country. Guests enjoy easy access to the food, wine and varied culture of Healdsburg. This is an agricultural town with a remarkably diverse art and music presence. It is a place where everyone can find something of interest.
Ann and Richard Carney raised thier four children in this home. They are pleased to share the Roost with you as they have with many friends over the years.
