Parkpoint Health Clubs, locally owned and operated since 1983, opened its third club Healdsburg Health & Swim Club in 2006. With an emphasis on fitness and fun, we offer something for every body. Our fitness floor includes the latest in functional training, free weights, weight machines, and cardiovascular equipment. From muscle and core classes to African dance, from cycling to Pilates and yoga, you’re bound to find the right group exercise class for you. We have year-round heated pools, Masters Swim classes and swim lessons.
