To ensure the quality of the fish we offer, our weekly specials, sashimi, and nigiri are only available
Thursday-Saturday (and Sunday by happy accident).
Our fish company of choice has a limited delivery schedule.
Most of our selection is flown in fresh, not frozen, from Japan.
This is our standard.
In order to maintain the quality our guests have become accustomed to,
we only serve our full fish menu when our deliveries allow.
Our rolls and kitchen items are available Sunday-Wednesday
with fish more readily available from other companies.
