How It Works
If your group meets the criteria below, you’re eligible to receive a $1,000 rebate after your event concludes.
Eligibility Requirements:

Referral Source: Must have been referred through a paid Stay Healdsburg marketing campaign or a meeting with Jessica Bohon.

Minimum Room Nights: Book a minimum of 30 cumulative room nights at any Stay Healdsburg lodging partner.

New Business: Event must be considered “newly booked,” meaning your group hasn’t hosted a similar event in Healdsburg within the past two years.

Booking Deadline: Event must be booked by December 31, 2027.

Direct Booking Required: Must book directly with the participating hotel or venue—third-party bookings are not eligible.

Payment Timeline: Issued within 30 days following the conclusion of the event and verification of final billing
