Harvest Fizz: Naturally Fermented Soda Making
On Sunday, September 28, from 2 to 3:30 p.m., guests are invited to kick off the fall season with h2hotel’s Harvest Fizz: Naturally Fermented Soda Making workshop. Led by Alegre Fowler and Lisal Moran of Parker Hill Provisions, this hands-on class teaches participants how to make naturally fermented sodas using seasonal fruit and herbs, wild cultures, and a little science-meets-magic. Spoonbar’s Chris Read further elevates the experience with California spirits, non-alcoholic mixers, and fresh accoutrements to create cocktails and mocktails, while light bites round out the session.
