Take a turn as a master coffee blender with this lively workshop. You’ll learn to create a truly unique blend, and practice pairing the perfect combination of coffee and food.

An expert from Wolf Coffee, a Sonoma County establishment for 30 years, will guide you through the process of understanding how beans are sourced and then roasted. You’ll then get to try a range of single-origin beans provided by Wolf Coffee, playing with mixing and matching them until you create your very own individual blend.

You’ll also test out a variety of food pairings, experimenting to see which sweet and savory snacks go best with which coffee styles. You’ll experience firsthand the amazing transformation the right pairing can have on both the flavor profile of the coffee and the taste of the food (feel free to steal these ideas for your next dinner party!)

Each participant will bring home a bag of their own personal blended coffee.
