For four Mondays this fall, Appellation Kitchen is partnering with Dino’s Greek Food Truck to present The Greek, a limited-time, five course pop-up dinner series from chef Dino Moniodis. A Sonoma County native, Moniodis spent his childhood summers in Greece working in his cousin’s beachfront restaurant, and now brings the food he grew up eating to Appellation Healdsburg. The experience will extend to the glass, with a Greek-focused wine list curated by Folia’s sommelier Tess Housholder, featuring her favorite dry whites from the region.
