Celebrate Mom with a memorable food and wine pairing experience at Bacchus Landing. They’ve partnered with local chef, Tomas Guzman, to bring you a delicious four-course food and wine pairing on their picturesque Piazza. This will be an outdoor event, weather permitting.
Menu includes:
First Course: Fruit Salad, local in-season fruit served with strawberry-basil syrup
Second Course: Cucumber Gazpacho
Third Course: Chicken & Waffles, served with brown honey butter
Fourth Course: Bread Pudding, served with a raspberry cremeux and brown butter sauce
