We are excited to host friend and collaborator, Patience Elfving for an evening of rest and rejuvenation during our first Sound Bath at Flower Porch.
Patience Elfving is a healing arts practitioner who works across many modalities, each offering a doorway inward. This 90-minute winter full-moon sound meditation is an immersive experience of sound and vibration, with a range of instruments played live to invite deep listening, inward travel, and gentle rest.
Please bring a yoga mat and feel free to add a pillow and small blanket for extra comfort. Homemade lemon ginger tea and light snacks will be provided. Weather permitting, we’ll join in a full moon walk around the farm for a complete sensory experience of the moonlit world around us.
Please arrive promptly at the start time as we will use the full duration of the class. We recommend always wearing comfortable clothing and footwear for walking around the farm in all terrain including dirt and mud. This ticket covers the cost for 1 guest.
