We’re kicking off the series with the phenomenal Michelle Wood, owner of Dim Sum and Then Sum, and new owner of the iconic Jimtown Store in Alexander Valley (opening soon!). Known for her vibrant palate and innovative cooking style which has taken her from the bustling streets of NYC’s Chinatown to the heart of organic farming in Northern California, Michelle draws inspiration from her heritage and her passion for organic ingredients. She’s designed a special menu that promises a unique and unforgettable Rooftop experience.
