ABOUT LIME STONE
Your house. Your home. Your lifestyle. It’s a look, a feeling, a sensibility. Set the stage for success in your house with a quick trip to Healdsburg’s home and lifestyle shop. Lime Stone.
Owned and operated by Charlie Palmer and his wife, Lisa, a longstanding behind-the-scenes contributor to the look and feel of their successful restaurants across the country. Lime Stone resides along the town Square and is housed in the Hotel Healdsburg, just steps from Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen. The store’s main focus is “around the table” with items such as teak and iron farm tables and dining chairs showcased at the Dry Creek Kitchen and in New York’s Aureole Restaurant. Unique linens, placemats, china, stemware and flatware featured in Palmer’s restaurants are available for patrons seeking high quality products not always available to the public.
In addition to the tabletop focus, comfort items such as cushions, luxurious throws and a variety of home fragrance products and candles are among the specialty goods carried. Intriguing and unusual “found objects” abound like the exceptional chandeliers hanging in the windows of the jewel-box-shop – one is made from old wine barrels dismantled and re-lifted with a modern day appeal. The decorative food and wine inspired items, such as Sonoma wine label trays and platters, porcelain white pear vases, coffee bean and chickpea spheres, are among many “culinary” delights for your home and table.
