Sarah Opatz took a leap of faith, leaving a great job and a promising career (including a one-time career as proprietor of a greeting card company), but decided to put that on hold to focus 100% on building her own business and follow her passion of distilling together with her husband, Josh Opatz.

From grain to shelf, Sarah and Josh belabor every detail for quality and continually strive to innovate, trying out new, novel techniques, flavors and experimentations to create exceptional distilled products for all to enjoy.
