Winter in Healdsburg just got sweeter. Beginning December 1, Noble Folk Ice Cream & Pie unveils its seasonal lineup of decadent flavors inspired by cozy holiday traditions. This season’s ice creams include two new flavors— Brown Butter Candied Pecan and Red Velvet Cheesecake—as well as seasonal favorites: Chocolate Peppermint Brownie, Maple + Hoji Cha + Mochi, Triple Berry Pie, Earl Grey + Orange Marmalade, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and Vegan Coffee. Each is hand-crafted with local ingredients and a dash of winter cheer.
Pumpkin Whoopie Pie cookies will return, and the bakery’s winter pies are equally irresistible: Blood Orange Baked Custard Pie with Raspberry Compote, Strawberry Mississippi Mud Pie, Strawberry Blueberry Crumble Pie, Mint Grasshopper Mississippi Mud Pie, Maple Chocolate Walnut Pie, and Dutch Apple Pie.
