If you’ve ever been curious about mushroom hunting, this adventure is for you. Join an expert mushroom forager for a two-hour hands-on hunt in a stunning setting close to the hotel. Along the way, you’ll learn what trees and terrain to look for, how to identify which mushrooms are edible (and which aren’t), how to be safe, foraging etiquette, and more. And to celebrate your treasures, Chef Shane McAnelly of Cocina de Dry Creek will prepare a special course with your mushrooms in addition to your three-course meal (and if you come up empty-handed, he’ll provide the goods).
