Hosted by founders Paul Sloan and Kathryn Sloan alongside Executive Chef Sergio Howland, this thoughtfully curated dinner explores a winemaking philosophy rooted in organic farming, regenerative viticulture and a commitment to expressing place through every bottle. A sparkling wine reception and five-course seasonal menu are paired with acclaimed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay selections, highlighting the character, precision and elegance of the Sonoma Coast. The evening offers a rare opportunity to experience wines crafted exclusively from vineyards planted and farmed by the Sloan family, paired with a menu designed to showcase the spirit of Sonoma wine country.
We invite you to join us at Hazel Hill on Thursday, September 17 at 6:00pm to enjoy this experience. This three-hour experience is open to resort guests and the local community. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid identification. $195 per Guest, exclusive of tax and service charge. Reservations are required a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Included in this experience is a sparkling wine reception, a five-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Sergio Howland and thoughtfully paired Small Vines wines.
