Throughout April, we’re taking the heat off—no tasting fees, no reservations required—just a warm welcome into our wineries and our valley. This is your chance to slow down, try something new, and discover wines you may not have heard of or tasted before. Wander from winery to winery using an easy-to-use interactive mobile map, bring friends, and turn it into a day trip, a weekend getaway, or a full wine-country escape. Spring is one of the most beautiful and quietly magical times to visit Alexander Valley, when the vineyards are waking up and the pace is more relaxed—often opening the door to behind-the-scenes moments, conversations with winemakers, and genuine connection with the teams who grow and craft these wines. The month also features intimate micro-events and a special winemaker-hosted dinner at El Matheson, bringing the Alexander Valley community together around the table.
