Stroll through the farm with Ariel, our Farm Manager, and Alex, our Head Chef of Special Projects, for a behind-the-scenes look at the passion and purpose that shape our seasonal, farm-focused dining. Along the way, taste what’s growing—fresh from the soil to your palate. Discover what makes our relationship to the land so special, and the care, creativity, and collaboration it takes to capture a moment in time through food. From seed to plate, every detail is intentional, every bite a story. Bring your curiosity! Whether you’re a seasoned home gardener, a plant enthusiast, or simply a fan of good food, we’re excited to talk shop, swap stories, and share a few tricks of the trade from both the field and the kitchen.
