From February 14–16, guests can savor an elegant Valentine’s Day tasting menu or explore Valentine-inspired specials offered all weekend.
On Friday, February 14, Spoonbar will present a five-course tasting menu, including dishes such as Seared Diver Scallop with cauliflower purée y Smoked Duck Breast with sweet Valencia orange. Optional wine pairings and creative cocktails are available to enhance the evening. The tasting menu is priced at $115 per person, with wine pairings available for an additional $55.
For those celebrating on February 15 or 16, Spoonbar will offer Valentine-inspired à la carte specials alongside its regular menu. Highlights include Starbird Farm’s Oysters (6) with pomegranate salsa fresca, Seared Diver Scallops with cauliflower purée and broccolini, y Braised Short Rib Cannelloni with black trumpet mushroom velouté. Specials are priced between $19 and $28.
The weekend will also feature festive cocktails crafted for the occasion, such as the Not Quite French 76 with 360 Vodka, pomegranate, lemon, and sparkling wine; the Chocolate Rain with Spoonbar Infused Vanilla Vodka and Giffard Cacao; and the Tropico Avion Union featuring Mezcal, Amaro Montenegro, and Persimmon Liqueur, priced at $16 each.
