Flowers Guest Chef: Table Culture Provisions

One of the many fabulous events taking place over the Season to Sparkle, kick-off weekend, this tasting experience features four wines from Flowers Winery’s extreme coastal sites, paired with elevated bites by guest chef Stéphane Saint Louis, co-owner of the Michelin-recommended Table Culture Provisions and the newly opened Bijou in Petaluma. During his weeklong culinary residency , Chef Stéphane presents artful pairings inspired by his Haitian heritage and global culinary background, including influences from Asia and France. It’s the perfect accompaniment to the Barndiva Sparkle Party to kickoff Season to Sparkle on November 15.
