From February 14–16, guests can savor an elegant Valentine’s Day tasting menu or explore Valentine-inspired specials offered all weekend.
On Friday, February 14, Spoonbar will present a five-course tasting menu, including dishes such as Seared Diver Scallop with cauliflower purée and Smoked Duck Breast with sweet Valencia orange. Optional wine pairings and creative cocktails are available to enhance the evening. The tasting menu is priced at $115 per person, with wine pairings available for an additional $55.
For those celebrating on February 15 or 16, Spoonbar will offer Valentine-inspired à la carte specials alongside its regular menu. Highlights include Starbird Farm’s Oysters (6) with pomegranate salsa fresca, Seared Diver Scallops with cauliflower purée and broccolini, and Braised Short Rib Cannelloni with black trumpet mushroom velouté. Specials are priced between $19 and $28.
The weekend will also feature festive cocktails crafted for the occasion, such as the Not Quite French 76 with 360 Vodka, pomegranate, lemon, and sparkling wine; the Chocolate Rain with Spoonbar Infused Vanilla Vodka and Giffard Cacao; and the Tropico Avion Union featuring Mezcal, Amaro Montenegro, and Persimmon Liqueur, priced at $16 each.
